			Connectmedical Services was founded by Dr D Grant & Dr G Hogg in January 2000. As GP'sand individuals we feel that there are limits to what Doctors can and should do.
			This site is intended to give patients a fuller understanding of the conditions that their Doctors are treating them for and to help them to excercise choice and responsibility when making decisions about healthcare.
			Our Self help section provides commonsense information on frequently encountered medical conditions, as well as, links to local (Bristol area) and National self help groups.
			Whilst Medical interventions are often necessary there may be alternatives. Our Featured products section gives topical information about non-prescription devices and treatments which may help specific conditions.
			Our Listings section gives contact details for both Medical and Alied Professionals working in the Independent sector within the Bristol area.
			The Medical Legal pages gives information for both Solicitors and members of the Public on areas where Medicine and Law converge.
