The site map gives you a listof documents on the site with subgroups listed. Its a useful place to start if you know roughly what you're looking for.
To search the whole site, type in the word you are looking for. If you do not get any hits, be creative and think of another similar word (say, hypnosis, rather than hypnotist). You can use an * as a wild card. You will then get up a search listing. This tells you which page the text you are looking for is on.
Next you have to click on the Edit button on your toolbar (top of screen). Go to 'Find in window' or 'Find text on page' and type in the text again. You will then see the text highlighted on the page. You can go on to 'Find next' if you wish or click cancel if your first hit has found what you want.
You can also search the web from here. Just click on Web search.
If you can't find what you are looking for on the Connectmedical site go to 'Useful web sites' where you should find some useful links.
Alternatively, try the alphabetical A-Z listings and search through alphabetically.
