Professor Gianni D Angelini MD MCh FRCS FETCS FMedSci

Professor Gianni Angelini is the British Heart Foundation Chair of Cardiac Surgery at the Bristol Heart Institute and Imperial College London.

His main research interests are in the area of saphenous vein bypass graft failure, myocardial protection, coronary artery bypass surgery on the beating heart and arterial revascularisation.

Julia EadieMgmt Consultant, Health and Education

A highly experienced management consultant with thirty years’ experience in the healthcare sector. Holding senior management positions in the NHS, Civil Service and Independent Sector with an exemplary track record in healthcare transformation.

She has a strong set of capabilities in strategy development and clinical operations which have been developed through operational Board level and consulting experiences working in the UK and International health sectors.

Mr Dan TitcombBSc (Hons) MBChB Cert Med Ed FRCS

Mr Titcomb undertook his higher surgical training in the South West before being appointed as a Consultant General Surgeon with a special interest in Upper GI Surgery at the BRI in August 2010.

He was awarded an AUGIS (Association of Upper GI Surgeons) travel fellowship in 2009, working at the Cancer Institute Hospital, Tokyo, Japan, training in advanced minimally invasive Upper GI surgery, as well as undertaking minimally invasive surgery training courses in Versailles and Gothenburg.
